What is Altadena care?

In response to the devastating LA fires that affected so many in January 2025, we felt called to serve and care for the Altadena community which is close to our church. As a church we are committed to loving and finding ways to support the Altadena community as they rebuild, restore and heal. On this page you will find the latest updates on way we are supporting residents in Altadena and the surrounding areas, including ways that you can get involved and volunteer.

Get Involved

Below are some ways that you can get involved with Altadena Care. If you are interested in helping, or just want more information, contact our community pastor, Carla Cavalcanti: carla.cavalcanti@vintagepasadena.com

Adopt a Street

Join our Adopt a Street program, and help us cover Altadena in prayer as the community recovers and rebuilds. We have prayer packs available in the lobby, and this will be an ongoing program.

Community Bus Project

We are renovating a bus that has been kindly donated to us, and we are planning to use this bus to serve the Altadena area. If you would like to be a part of this project email Carla Cavalcanti

Prayer Walks

We have prayer walks led by our community pastor, Carla Cavalcanti. This is a great way to connect with others and to pray for Altadena. To find out more about these prayer walks click below.

Join us as we commit as a church to pray over every street/every property in Altadena. You can walk with us on a scheduled walk or go yourself with a group of friends using the Prayer Walk app.
