Work As Ministry Business Conference

What if your business wasn't separate from your faith, but one of the main places you live it out?
That's the question behind the Work As Ministry Business Conference, hosted by the Kingdom Entrepreneurs community group at Vintage Pasadena. Many of us are growing businesses, leading teams, and/or making high-stakes decisions all week, then walking into church on Sunday wondering how the two connect. This half-day gathering exists to close that gap.
Saturday, November 14 · 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM · Vintage Church Pasadena
What to expect?
A Leadership Panel Hear honest, unpolished conversation with Vintage Pasadena business leaders David Dilworth (Google) and Robert Peterson (Chick-fil-A), moderated by Justin Lin (tech entrepreneur). We're skipping the highlight reels and going straight to the real tensions of leading with faith.
Two Workshop Rounds
Choose from six interactive sessions on topics like: "Discerning God's leading under pressure", "Building a business while on the spectrum", "Leading across cultures", "Navigating spiritual wounds in the workplace", and "Leading at the edge of technology and AI".
Catered Lunch & Connection
Share a meal and meet other faith-driven business owners and leaders.
Prayer & Worship
Because this work is ministry, we'll start and end it in prayer and honoring the Lord who has given us these gifts.
Who's it for?
Entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders at any stage, whether you're launching, scaling, or just wondering how your work fits into God's bigger story.
You'll leave with practical next steps for Monday morning and a community to walk them out with. This event is free but space is limited.
When & Where?
Join us on Saturday November 14th, from 9am-1pm in the Chapel at Vintage Church Pasadena. Click here for directions and parking. Park in the family lot on Los Robles and Ford Place, and enter the building through the Los Robles door.
