What tends to worry you? What creates stress in your life? The kids? Finances? Your marriage? A packed schedule? A difficult coworker or work situation? An ever-changing world?

Nobody is immune from these circumstances but most of us want to grow spiritually, emotionally, relationally through the anxiety and worry. That’s where this process group might be helpful to make adjustments in your patterns of response.

The hope is that at the completion of this series you will have more peace of mind. It may be because you have taken time to reflect and to explore your thoughts. Maybe it will be because you’re seeing God in a some new ways or gained important insights about yourself. It will be different for each of us, but the group is here to provide structure and support for that to happen.
